| This library contains a number
of resources relating to the change process, the implemention of school-innovations,
and overcoming resistance to change. These articles, books, and websites
have been provided as supplemental information as you move through the training,
or move beyond it and develop skills and experiences associated with being
an EMSTAC Linking Agent. Due to the size of the literature base on educational
change and the process of implementation, this list of resources is by no
means exhaustive. Rather, this library will always be a work in progress.
If there are any items you think would enhance our library, please e-mail
EMSTAC-training@air.org and
let us know.
