As an individual, you can develop and circulate surveys to the various stakeholders who will make up your team. These surveys help you determine which needs are the most important to the people who will drive your progress. At the school level, these surveys can be circulated to teachers, administrators, parents, special education representatives – virtually everyone in the school community who's concerned about improving the lives of students.
