Who
are Linking Agents?
Linking
Agents, selected individuals in school systems who promote school
improvement by helping districts implement research-based practices,
are essential to the success of their districts and the mission
of EMSTAC.
The
challenging and rewarding role of a Linking Agent enables school-based
professionals to be catalysts for change. This position provides
individuals with the opportunity to identify and link national research-based
resources to help districts implement school improvement and reform
efforts.
Linking
agents are eligible to receive Continuing
Education Units (CEUs) through the Council for Exceptional Children
(CEC) and will receive an Emstac/CEC
Instructional Materials Gift Certificate.
