Who are Linking Agents?

Linking Agents, selected individuals in school systems who promote school improvement by helping districts implement research-based practices, are essential to the success of their districts and the mission of EMSTAC.

The challenging and rewarding role of a Linking Agent enables school-based professionals to be catalysts for change. This position provides individuals with the opportunity to identify and link national research-based resources to help districts implement school improvement and reform efforts.

Linking agents are eligible to receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) and will receive an Emstac/CEC Instructional Materials Gift Certificate.
