Dianne Tracey adds:

I think the best piece of advice that I could offer would be that they [Linking Agents] have to have a real interest in being problems-solvers. Sometimes the problems are really minor and very small and you can quickly resolve them, but sometimes they are bigger issues and it takes a long time to work through the process to find the best answer to that problem. So you have to have the patience to work through that.
