I really like helping people to problem-solve. Talking to teachers and administrators, looking at what their needs are, and then sitting down as a group to look at the possibilities and what is out there that we can utilize to help solve the problem. And then evaluating that, I like that piece also, where you can decide if what you are doing is on the right track, or if you need to go back and revamp.
