Dianne Tracey comments:

What I wanted to make sure I understood is that in this particular position you are working a lot with the adults that are responsible for the education of special education students.

What I think is really special about this job is that it doesn't stop there, it allows you the opportunity to reach out across those lines and include regular education. My own feeling on that is that the two need to mesh together and they need to work together to provide the best program for all kids. And when they start from the Special Ed piece, on targeting a particular student, the advantages and benefits are much more far-reaching. And if there was a reason to keep doing this job, of keeping this position, it would be that reason. I really enjoy being able to provide information across those boundary lines and include all students.
