Will sharing their experiences, insights and expertise help Eagles educators diminish Jays aggressiveness? While doing so, will their efforts also increase the safety of Eagle for other youngsters?
Is Jays problem solely one of learning how to manage his school behavior? Or, do his observed actions at school point to other considerations?
Or, on another plane, is common concern about Jay a good starting point for Elaine and others to bring about broader change at Eagle Elementary? If so, what should they target? Who is resistant to the effort? What do you think is causing them to behave that way?
