RENEWING – Challenge Points and Choices
It’s not over until it’s over. And then again, an end may just be a new beginning.
During RENEWAL, it’s time to take the last hard look at an initiative before moving on.
Maybe your strategy has been successful and expansion is underway.
Or perhaps, it didn’t succeed.
At this stage of planned change, however, it’s highly likely for a Linking Agent to find that a planned change has yielded results somewhere between the two extremes.
Whatever the result, there should be a definite time in your initiative to take stock of where you are and where you are going.
Yes, as an effective Linking Agent it is possible to make lemonade out of lemons without losing your integrity. And, of course apologies are in order, if need be, to close out this chapter in your book of professional work—and move on to the next.
