What worked well?

Choice A
Janet put in place certain program elements that worked well to benefit participating children and teachers. For example, she developed some guidance modules on school citizenship and social skills-building that she can use in other contexts. As another example, at least three teachers learned how to conduct class meetings that will continue to energize their students. There are probably other program elements that worked well and need to be documented so that they can be used again.

Choice B
Nothing really worked well. That’s why the initiative failed. However, Janet and her crew did get a good look at this program and may be able to use certain elements.

Choice C
The relationship among the participating Eagle faculty improved significantly. Janet worked with three teachers with whom she had not interacted previously, and built strong, collaborative relationships that will make a difference in teaching and learning that takes place in their classrooms.

Choice D
I suggest other things about the program that worked well. None of these statements is complete or true as they read.
