How could what occurred be improved upon?

You Chose A
Janet and other stakeholders would have benefited significantly if she had used research-validated information to help implement the intervention. For sure.

You Chose B
This improvement possibility goes one step beyond applying research findings to implementing Cooperative Discipline at Eagle. It considers the broader issue of finding the most appropriate program to help children gain better self-discipline. How many times do we forget to think outside the box? Perhaps Janet might have found another student behavior management program in the literature that was a better fit to the conditions at Eagle. Was a school-wide discipline program really necessary at Eagle Elementary? Janet should have validated this need first. She certainly needed more support before implementing the program.

You Chose C
Janet really didn’t work through the steps of planning for change, did she? Which stages were most neglected?

Choice D
Maybe all of these statements have a keen element of truth to them. What do you say?
