Summary
As weve seen in Module Nine, evaluation is critical for determining
if the action plan weve developed is effective and for deciding
what we can do to make it work better. Evaluation methods are important
throughout the change and innovation process. Data should be collected
prior to the beginning of the project . . . throughout the implementation
. . . and at the end.

Questions:
Consider
current programs in your school or school district. How might you evaluate
them? Can they be replicated as they are? Based on your evaluation,
how might you change them to apply them elsewhere? Discuss
your thoughts with others.
