Summary
As we’ve seen in Module Nine, evaluation is critical for determining if the action plan we’ve developed is effective– and for deciding what we can do to make it work better. Evaluation methods are important throughout the change and innovation process. Data should be collected prior to the beginning of the project . . . throughout the implementation . . . and at the end.
