The following pages comprise modules which were used to train and support EMSTAC Linking Agents to be change agents in their school districts. In the EMSTAC project, because our mission was to evaluate the impact of technical assistance, these modules were contained in a restricted-access portion of the EMSTAC website which was only accessible to individuals involved in the project. Now that funding for EMSTAC has ended and we are no longer training Linking Agents, we have made these valuable resources available to the public.
