This library contains a number of resources relating to the change process, the implemention of school-innovations, and overcoming resistance to change. These articles, books, and websites have been provided as supplemental information as you move through the training, or move beyond it and develop skills and experiences associated with being an EMSTAC Linking Agent. Due to the size of the literature base on educational change and the process of implementation, this list of resources is by no means exhaustive.
