Module Five encourages us to think about the most urgent needs of our districts or our school buildings. This step has a direct link to our short and long-term accomplishments. Module Five also gave us an opportunity to see how surveys and roundtable discussions with our colleagues can be effective vehicles for collaboration, and for better understanding and validating needs.
