In an attmept to quickly address all your questions, comments and needs throughout this training, we have developed a multi-pronged communcation system.

1. DISCUSS: For questions and comments regarding substantive information presented throughout the training modules, a discussion area has been designed. In this area you can read the thoughts and comments of others progressing through the training as well as the EMSTAC staff, respond to comments and post new topics of your own. 2. ASK: If you would like to have a specific question answered by one of your EMSTAC Technical Assistance (TA) Liaisons, please send an e-mail to EMSTAC@air.org. Please include your name and the name of your school district in the subject line of the e-mail. The question, comment, and any additional information you would like to share should follow in the body of the message. Typically, you can expect a response to your e-mail within two business days.

3. ACCESS: If you find that after accessing the methods above, that you need additional support, please e-mail the EMSTAC staff at   and include in the subject line "request for phone support". In the body of the message please include your name, the name of your school district and your contact information. One of your EMSTAC TA liaisons will then contact you as soon as possible.
