Summary
To summarize the key points of Module Three, it’s important to understand some of the roadblocks that make people resistant to change and innovation. Equally important, we focused on five main approaches that we as Linking Agents can use to overcome these roadblocks. Namely:

  • Participation and Involvement
  • Facilitation and Support
