Summary
Looking back at Module One reminds us of the key roles that Linking Agents play – as links to resources, catalysts, solutionists, and facilitators of change. Module One highlights that change is an inevitable, on-going process that cannot be forced. But after reviewing 13 facilitator skills, we are better able to help others become more comfortable with the process of change.
