Summary
Looking back at Module One reminds us of the key roles that Linking
Agents play as links to resources, catalysts, solutionists, and
facilitators of change. Module One highlights that change is an inevitable,
on-going process that cannot be forced. But after reviewing 13 facilitator
skills, we are better able to help others become more comfortable with
the process of change.
