If you've completed each of the above steps you are now an EMSTAC Linking Agent.

• Start to share with key personnel in your district information about EMSTAC and your new role. You may want to develop a resource file of key contacts in your district.
  
• You may want to begin developing an inventory of technical assistance resources available to you. Consider local, state, and national resources. Review Module 7.
  
• If your school district has not yet identified a need, begin the needs assessment process. Review Module 5.
• If your school district has determined a need, define and validate this need. Begin examining research-based practices that can address this need. Review Module 6.
