O'Cummings, Research Analyst, joined the American Institute for Research
(AIR) in 2001. She is a Technical Assistance Liaison and serves on
the academic and instruction topical team for EMSTAC. At AIR, she
is also working on the National Technology Center to improve the use
of technology to improve educational outcomes for children with disabilities.

use of technology for instruction and data collection.
Mindee
received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in special education
from University of New Mexico and a Ph.D. from Arizona State University
